Program-Specific FAQs

Yes, training will be provided in July prior to the start of the programs in August.

Mentoring will be conducted via videoconferencing.
You will receive a password to a password-protected portal to download training materials once you have been confirmed and paired with a mentee.
There is a never-ending need to support the NP/PA community. Although there are only 50 mentor spots for the formal mentor program, POCN wants to facilitate coaching for others who want to help support the next generation of NP/PAs. A peer coach is an NP/PA that is either unable to make the time commitment or does not fully meet the criteria to become a mentor. Therefore, POCN developed opportunities to coach or support the NP/PA community in other POCN activities. We will contact you to determine the right opportunities for you.
